You will also have underground parking along with underground storage for your beach gear! The beach in this area is rarely busy and it feels like your own personal beach many days. You will be able to view rocket launches from the private balcony as well! Just a bike ride to downtown Cocoa Beach. The restaurants and night life there is a lot of fun! There are also two great restaurants within two blocks of the building. First and last required. Would negotiate price based on length of stay.
